I was surprised with a day off work, so I put it to good use! Mid morning on a Sunday, I was almost alone today, so I opted for a shirtless workout. Even after people showed up, it was such a huge confidence booster!

Day 10 (but first breakfast) of the 30 day PCOS challenge. Low carb, high protein. Also I’m hungover from Purim last night, whoops.
