This wasn't the first time that Bora had some of her father's men follow her around. Her grandfather wouldn't do this. She knows him too well. He's the man who wants the child from their own mistakes so they won't do it anymore when they become adults. Her father, on the other hand, is way too protective, that Bora has grown tired of his men tailing on her all day. Shopping around Gangnam on her own, she found it suspicious to see some familiar faces too many times.
Loading all her newly acquired fashion pieces, she slams the door shut and hurries to the driver's seat, driving back down to their home. A mansion that houses not only her family but also each and every member of the people that work for their family. The gang members and the staff who resides in the small building next to their home. They are the ones the Bora would refer as 'extended family members' when people ask her who they are. It wasn't long till she was pulling up in their driveway and of course, the extended family members rushed to bow their heads at the sudden appearance of the stubborn young woman who they refer as the princess of the house.
"Where is my father?" She asks aloud as soon as she enters their home. "He's talking to one of the new members, milady." The maid replies. It was a huge house, but Bora knew better and went straight to the spacious living room. New members of the group never get to set their foot at his study, they are treated more like a guest till they have proven their worth.
"Dad!" She barges into the room. There would've been smoke coming out of her ears if only it was possible. "How could you!?" Putting her hand on her waist as she speaks. Her father seems delighted. Bora felt as if he did it all just to make her come home. "Princess, you should meet the new member of our extended family." Bora scoffs. "I'm here to tell you that I can't stand this anymore, Dad! I'm telling mom!" The newbie didn't even seem to care about who she is. Making Bora even more infuriated.
"You know I just want to know you're safe." Her father continues, still grinning. "I can just call you!" Bora whines. "But princess, you never call." His shoulders rise as if he did what he had to as a father. "What's the use of calling you when you're having.. them to follow me!?" Glaring at the group of respectable-looking gentlemen who can't meet her eyes.
"Forgive my princess, she has quite a temper." Her father tells the male before him. She takes a deep breath and as he glances at her, she stands frozen there as if in disbelief. Pressing her fingers against her temples. It couldn't possibly be Hoseok.
That asshole disappeared from her life before they could even actually define what relationship they have. Now she's reminded of the boy who smiled at her brightly as the sun. The boy who understood her art more than others. The boy whose eyes were set on someone else and yet she managed to have him looking at her. The boy named Shin Hoseok.
"She's the only daughter I have. You should greet her." Her father insists on the stranger to formally introduce himself to her. "The name's Bora. I hope you're not assigned to follow me around. Because I don't like people following me around." Introducing herself as she brushes her hair up, away from her face.
