Last evening was a haze and not due to the alcohol he poured into himself, but because of how unbelievable the occurring events had become in a blink of an eye. Jiyong got little to no sleep, what only added to his booming headache. He was trying to wrap his mind around everything, make sense of it, yet his trial was futile. Nothing made sense, or he just didn’t want it to. For certain there was one more person he needed to have a talk with and although his state at the given moment wasn’t the best, he had to get this over with. But a part of him would prefer not to scratch beneath the surface and let things be, hoping the problems would solve themselves.

Reluctantly he left his apartment and got to the lower floor. At least he didn’t have to make grand distances. He looked at both of the door in the hallway, not being too sure behind which he could find Minhee, if she was home at all. Getting closer to the one with number 802 on it, Jiyong took a deep breath and knocked repeatedly. It was now or never.

Enduring a week with his former schoolmates undeniably wasn’t what he meant when he said he needed a break away from Seoul. But there he was, stuck in Yeosu because Gossip Girl it was the high time to stir up some more drama and therefore bring back the aching memories. From experience Jiyong knew that no matter how much he’d be trying to stay out of spotlight, his efforts still would go to waste. It also wouldn’t take long for him to come across any of the people he earnestly intended to fend off.

He would take care of unpacking later on. Now he wanted to roam around and superficially familiarise himself with the place. When he was closing the door shut, he heard some rustle and steps nearby. Hastily looking towards the source of the sound, Jiyong started regretting it soon afterwards. Speak of the devil. If he hadn’t been already noticed, he would’ve rushed back inside as though nothing happened. Breaking into an abashed smile, for a moment he unblinkingly stared at Minhee and Minyu. “The world is small, isn’t it?” And the hotel is even smaller, he added in his racing mind.

It’s been a while! How’s everyone doing? These past few months have been very eventful that I don’t even know how or where to start. Have you all ever received a surprise that would change your life? A winning lottery ticket? A proposal? Or a promotion? You can say that those things are all positive when there are negatives as well, but I think that no matter what happens, something good will happen, and that is what we should look forward to. This photo above was taken today and this woman and child is... my family. I know in the past I’ve expressed how being an only child was difficult, but a few months ago this woman came to me and said she is my sister, my half-sister. The little girl next to her is my niece and she’s the most wonderful child I’ve ever met. I thought it was crazy too, but it’s true! I think I will be going away for a while again and enjoy my time with them. Thank you for continuously waiting for me. Work is going pretty well and I’m still studying and creating, so keep on the lookout for future posts.
