Yubin’s attempts at learning how to cook were not the worst, in fact, but there was still a lot of in ahead of her. Although June had to show her the very basics he thought people were somehow born with — apparently, they weren’t. He wouldn’t expect that he would even have to show her how to properly hold a knife to avoid ending up in the ER or how to turn on a stove.
Actually, he managed to find some fun in it. Firstly he was certain that sooner or later he would not only get annoyed but also plainly exhausted from just seeing how the other might fail at the simplest of things. But there truly was something entertaining about watching Yubin get better and better, slowly, but still. And fortunately, she hadn’t suffered from any damages under his vigilant eye, unlike the few burnt pans.
Even though he wasn’t much of a prankster, some situations clearly called for it.
Handing her an egg, a little smile was already playing across his lips. “It will be easier for you to remove the eggshell if you press it here and there. Like... All around.” Junhoe hardly held back a laughter once he saw Yubin break the egg with a not so gentle touch before he even got to mention that it wasn’t hard boiled. Watching how the yolk and white was now on her hands, he eventually let a quiet chuckle slip out. Upon hearing her words, June shrugged lightly and flashed a warm grin at her. “Well... Maybe a bit.”
