He huffed out a small sigh when he heard the doors open once again. "Didn't I tell you t'-" Scotty stopped in his tracks when he turned to see this unique-looking guest.
".... Where in th' universe did you come from?"
incognitodealer, spectresbane, 24effectsget, colourofliberation, sugarysweetsucre, and plastic-and-fire-wings have wandered from The Path.
Silence befell the room long since a fateful rendezvous. Alone in the midst of the white room stained with a red ground sits this file's so-called Savior. His omnipresent additions are long gone, seen in shattered pieces along the same floor he sits upon. History of a world gone awry. It is a bitter sight, one which sours his gut every time he crosses the threshold of this realm.
Amidst the quiet is only the sound of gentle breathing, the Batter's eyes closed as he sits with his legs crossed ten feet from the large lever occupying the wall. His hands rest in his lap, holding a small book with a plastic cover that holds no sort of text to be read. A journal, perhaps?
Thus far the man has not acknowledged any sort of presence, but stays wary despite his zoned out appearance.
Leisure time | Adachi & Madotsuki
It was Golden Week. Tohru Adachi was free.
Well. As free as a man who'd taken a fake sick leave from a backwater town in order to visit the biggest city he could afford to stay in for the week could be. Granted, as long as nobody looked too hard for him or went knocking on his apartment door back in Inaba, he was pretty much an unfettered individual.
Even if someone did (other than the fact he'd probably be fired), Osaka was worth the risk. As long as he was farther from Inaba then Okina (sad excuse for a city that only managed to pass itself off as one because the quaint townies didn't know any better, in his opinion), he was happy.
Walking down the street was better, he thought, when absolutely no one you passed knew your name, nor cared. That was how it should be. The opposite of Inaba, where an old woman called you Tohru-chan and brought nimono you didn't want down to the station where you were trying to work and then you'd be forced to deal with her telling you about her stupid son and...
He didn't have to think about that, now. He had some time off, no matter how questionably he'd acquired it, and he stuffed his hands in his jacket pockets and scratched at his jeans through the fabric, and kept on walking. He avoided being knocked into on the crowded streets in the way only a true city boy could, and smiled to himself.
Daemonophobia?
Why would I fear something like that?
♔ (have they even talked enough for this))
“Do it. Bounce that ass. It’s the *roundest.* You da best. You deserve a crown biiiiiiitch.”
((that’s definitely something she’d never say….))
