Explain: After seeing one of Voidtech’s Gravedancer accents on another dragon, I located their forum sales thread and asked to be added to the waiting list to purchase the same accent the next time it was available.
The first positive was the forum thread itself. The terms and process for requesting and paying for accents was very clearly laid out and simple to understand.
Voidtech pinged me in-thread promptly to confirm my request was received, and a few days later I received notification that they were ready to buy the required templates as soon as all buyers had sent in gems. I sent mine, received confirmation both in-thread and by PM that the payment was received, and only had to wait a few days before I received my copy.
Everything happened quickly and efficiently. There was regular communication, I never felt the need to chase up for information and all in all it was a very easy, pleasant experience. The accent is gorgeous, too.
