I genuinely think this is the worst batch of starters we've ever had (don't let me saying this convince people I'm not interested in the game because I absolutely am) and it's a really hard choice for me this time around that'll almost certainly need to wait to be informed by what the final evolutions look like. But twitter fanartists seem to have latched on to Browt and worked hardest to convince me that they're a funny lil guy so right now it's looking like Browt is the lead for me.

Winds and Waves look solidly decent btw I'm sure I'll be there and while they're still obviously not hitting what they should be hitting actual graphic tech wise I think they've got nicer environment design than Paldea and the Legends games like these look fun, but also holy shit those starters lmaoooooooooo
