Maaaaaaaybe i’ll paint a rabbit for this year’s calendar animal later, but i’m mostly sticking to my fursona because i know the ins-and-outs of their design.

Dog space station for living in space as you do
Forgot to write the length in the drawing but it’s like 25-30 km long, and some things are thicker than they actually would because i didn’t feel like being too detailed tonight.
This space station is basically a microcosm of the dog peoples, there’s everything to keep everyone happy and healthy indefinitely. It’s quite common for residents of the station to have never even seen the dog homeplanet, and rarer still to have ever left it. Second and third generation dogs enjoy hearing stories from grandparents about mysterious places such as “outside.” The first immigrants to the station were the families of the construction workers, as well as architects and planners to determine how the buildings within the larger habitats would be laid out. Soon, farmers and others in agricultural careers moved to the station to begin working on food production.
By this point, the station had only two of the end goal of 8 bulkheads, and still relied heavily on imports of food and other resources needed for living and construction. By the time the station was fitted with the rest of the bulkheads, it had been under construction for 90 years and continuously inhabited for 80.
Happy New Year from US Central Time! Here’s a WIP party animal for your consideration. Dunno if i’m gonna work on them tonight or go to bed and paint them in the morning. Whatever happens, i hope this year turns out at least marginally better than last!
Mogy paintin arc, worked a bit with watercolor before spending time with acrylics.
Unfortunately all this painting business has made me an incredibly sleepy little animal and i have work tonight…
“Out loud” worldbuilding for my Doggyverse, relating to the Ye Olde terraformed Mars. It’s gross and wasteful to terraform in my opinion, but all this does give me a setting and give a sort of message about “longtermism” and destroying natural beauty for a place for people to live while they neglect their home planet. Stuff like that.
My main fursona, Meni, shows you an easy and delicious way to start a house fire this holiday season!
