08/10: IT'S MY BIRTHDAY 🥳🍰 So it seems like in Halifax, most things are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays? #KimickaPhotoADay May Day 29: BIRTHDAY 🥳 Today (well, yesterday😅lol) was my 27th birthday! Although the day started out w/ us still not having power (it went out the night before during the storm), that didn’t stop us from making it a great day! It started w/ Starbucks (not pictured lol) b/c obviously we couldn’t cook & we needed breakfast & caffeine. My sister & I went to Daiso! It was a lot of fun & full of so much cute stuff! We got a pretty good haul of fun stuff & snacks if you ask me! & she paid as a bday present. ^_^ When we got home, the power was still out, so we ordered Schlotzsky’s for lunch (again not pictured lol). We picked up the stuff for Strawberry Shortcake & some cheesecake first and put them in a cooler before going to dinner. Originally we were going to go to Johnny Carinos, but when we got there, there was something up & it felt weird. So we went to The Cheesecake Factory at the mall instead. Lol. We had to wait a good while for a table, but we got some drinks & some spring rolls at the food court. When we got our table, we had bread, I had a Caesar salad, & I got Chicken Marsala w/ Mushrooms & replaced the bow-tie pasta w/ spaghetti. Lol. It was SO GOOD. I love Chicken Marsala SO MUCH. Lol. We didn’t get cheesecake, since we had it at home. & since we STILL didn’t have power, we sent all the leftovers w/ my brother. Lol. When we got home it was so late we didn’t actually get to the desserts. Lol. Alex sent me Taylor Swift stickers & a coloring book & they sent me a Wonder Girls e-card, made a vid on TikTok, AND DREW ME AS A TWILIGHT-VAMPIRE! (Part of the Volturi lol) I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! (Also btw their commissions are OPEN) My mom got me a Kate Spade Tumbler! I love it! Sad news, the cheesecake got wet, but my dad still ate it. Lol. BUT we did get to the Strawberry Shortcakes today(5/30)! Mine turned out cute! I had 2! Lol. Overall it was a great day!
