5 years ago, when Black Men Smile was only a few months into making sense of all we would become, an ambitious and talented photographer took it upon herself to host one of the first official open photoshoots of Black Men Smile. To this day we have an image of hers from that shoot on our homepage (last slide). —- 5 years later she still believes in herself, this platform, and her ability to leverage its message to (as quoted on the next slide) be dangerous. Now one of our officially recognized photographers @sierra_thecreator captured this image this week at another official Black Men Smile photo shoot building up to Fathers Day. What makes it even more special is that this BEAUTIFUL image is her family!
