March 28, 2021 - Day 282
I finished the crocheting part of making these pillows!
TIME
Date: 28 March 2021
Duration: 77 minutes at 11:48 PM
Depth:
Lovely session. I was able to practice the Hong Sau technique in the intuitive mind spaces. In fact, I happened to open my eyes after the first 42 minutes because it was too cold in the room. The temperature of the room was coming in the way of my concentration.
Thereafter, I wanted to return to meditate for the remaining 15 minutes or so of what should be one’s standard session size according to Paramahansa Yogananda. I returned to meditation only to add 30 more minutes! It was easy to hold the attention on Hong Sau in the intuitive mind spaces.
And one’s sense of time is twisted while one is observing their intuition. A loss of sense of time is the single most important feature of the intuition for me so far.
Imagine thinking of yourself as the worst person ever and have your family confirming it too.
I can't take it out of my head. I just can't fight the urge...
