I super want to emphasize that my cool girlfriend @callaplaywright is a super impressive person and accomplished #28playslater this month which is amazing??? In solidarity with her I made my own mini goal! I totally accomplished said goal! To do ~something creative~ daily in February! A fairly teeny and easily accomplished goal since i put no restrictions on the quality or length or type of peice. Most of these are really awful and some I actually like! Not to mention I've used that momentum to start selling art for the first time ever?? To my friends over Facebook, mainly, but hey, that's not nothing. I've almost made 1/3 of a small damage deposit so like, totally #professional (not really.) I've had a lot of trouble consistently following my aspirations in the past, especially when my shitty health drops me on my ass, which it's done a lot this month. I'm a very empathetic person and find it really hard to not do what the people around me are doing. I NEED people around me who accept me and my limitations, but also raise my standards for myself through their support and, perhaps more meaningfully, by example. For this reason and many others, I'm super thankful to have Calla in my life, doing her highly impressive things. Thank you babe for inspiring me with your passion and resolve, and inspiring me to be a better creative version of myself just by being you. <3 I like this version of me who does things and learns and grows. My birthday is comin up and I hope I can keep getting cooler and hopefully healthier (but balance is hard) and make some money (lolollolol sure.)
