y’all i got EMOTIONAL looking at bullet journal ideas for mental health...they are SO good. here are two that i added to my journal tonight and i love them 💜 instead of repressing our emotions and trying to “have it all together,” let’s advocate for dealing with them before they consume us and lending a hand to those who just need some support. our emotions are indicators of what we are thinking and feeling and experiencing in our every day lives. and it may take a loottt of effort to process them but when we do, we relinquish ourselves of any unnecessary emotional weight AND we confront the thoughts and feelings that have been controlling us for far too long. 💕 “for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.
