ok but like, i haven’t made a lot fandom oc’s in years(mostly because they always end up a mary-sue, and then i get scared to make an oc), but i have been craving to make a Gorillaz oc, a fanchild oc. I have never made a fanchild, so this is a first...

This is Red, daughter of Stuart Pot and Murdoc Niccals. She tried playing bass guitars, acoustic guitars, electric guitars, keyboards, pianos, violins, trumpets...But it always ended in failure. She tried gardening, but nothing sprouted. She tried painting/drawing, but ended with a broken brush. She gave up trying to find a talent when she burnt an entire meal. This broke her dreams, knowing she can never make english muffins or eggs benedict. She dislikes tea, but loves coffee. She tried smoking once, but she hated it. She steals her fathers’ cigarettes and throws them away. Unlike her dad(Stuart), she finds zombies disturbing, she loves vampires though. She was inspired to own a bird because her father(Murdoc) owned one(Cortez). She didn’t want to buy a bird from the pet store, so she looked around parks and such for eggs. She found a spotted one, and named it Potato. It hatched, and it never leaves Red’s side. Red is a bookworm and favors animal books(Like Warriors, Wings of Fire, Wolves of the Beyond, etc.) All her grades are A’s except for maths, as it is a C-. She doesn’t remember where her X tattoo came from. She calles 2D “Dad,” and Murdoc “Father.” She loves Bob Ross. She also likes Danny Quirk. She is afraid of getting piercings and tattoos. She loves vines(R.I.P Vine)

How they asked: A little more info about the girl💗

Summary of her origin;; She was born during Plastic Beach when his parents were trying to take their relationship and a possible end of the band seriously. But you and I know that a whale (plus Murdoc's selfish decision) is what separated them. When Stuart was rescued by an old friend of Murdoc's in Mexico, he ended up being a single father for over 7 years and that created an emotional distance from Murdoc. So Murdoc spent all of Humanz, The Now Now, and Song Machine trying to be a better version of himself for 2D and his daughter.

As a bonus, she didn't know Murdoc was her father! (Melodie thought he was an uncle or just a friend of Stuart's imao silly girl) Basically she witnessed a failed romance trying to recover (fortunately it did happen and her parents are happily married).

This is a stupid AU I came up with one afternoon at the beach. Rebuilding a LOT of Gorillaz lore. So sorry if there's a little OOC out there.
