One thing that I had a Question About from the Textbook Reading
In Mobility’s section from the text-book: -

-The question is: How most news organizations produce information on print media more than the limit while they have a specific amount of information to provide?
Because web publication is much more officient and everyone is relying on it now a days, does that mean print publication will no longer exist in the near future? Five years from now, will newspapers and magazines disapear for good?
Journalists require licenses to work
Why are journalists not given a license to work, like doctors are, if their work is so detrimental in shaping the news available for society, and that news’ credibility and objectivity? This way if any journalist violates certain guidelines and offends a minority, for example, then they must answer to a body of professionals in the field which could jeopardise their license. It is not possible to monitor citizen journalists but monitoring journalistic behaviour is accessible for larger news organisations. A journalistic association may even build credibility and help news websites attract consumers and make profits online.
Question Two
In the chapter, they say that blogs are “difficult and expensive” (p.129), why is that?
One question I had from reading the textbook is, what are the characteristics of a good web logs?

One thing I had a question about from the textbook reading was Why should bloggers care a lot about their writing style to be concise and coherent to create a good blog in a world that doesn’t read anymore and who is used to grasp information in the easiest way without having to concentrate on the eloquence and writing style of the blogger?
