1. Start to finish, how long did it take to plan and write? Did you take breaks during the process?

4 months! March to July. I didn't really plan in advance for it, so the whole things was written in that time period as I was actively posting. I don't think I took any longer than a week or two break during it? but I can't quite remember lol

5. Did you outline the fic?

I didn't :) beyond like. literal one sentence blurbs for each chapter. If I was to go back and rewrite the fic, I think I'd try and do a proper outline this time lmao, the only reason I got away with it here was bc I was following the show so closely.

so im really bad singer, but there's a couple songs i feel like i can sing okay on a good day, which make them more fun to sing to me, and im stuck between a couple so ill just say em all. "What I've Done" by Linkin Park. "Camisado" by Panic at the Disco. "Village Song" by Paris Paloma. and "Stick Season" by Noah Kahan.

the reason there's so many is bc when i put songs on my playlists, the point to me is that is i KNOW the lyrics and i get pissy if i cant sing along. which i think is why it takes a lot for me to listen to new music bc im out here studying lyrics LMAO.

"The Call" by Regina Spektor destroyed me at the young age of 8 years old when they put it at the end of narnia prince caspian when they realized that peter and nancy were never going to return to narnia. my mom bought the entire movies soundtrack on apple music back then bc at the time for some reason you couldnt buy that song on its own, you had to buy the entire album to get that song and as a family we were like we NEED this song. so me eight years old listening to that song on my blue ipod nano was discovering new emotions and it changed my brain chemistry forever. and then my brain recently made that song about jason grace. and just thinking about it im starting to tear up god.

Ooh I wanna hear about medical drama!!

i would love to talk about the medical drama it came to me after marathoning greys anatomy while i was packing and it hasn't left me since some facts of the universe include:

nico has the meredith grey house and yes the others inevitably move in for free housing

reyna is the hospital admin & top heart surgeon

annabeth is the hospitals top neurosurgeon a la derek shepherd

first few scenes follow nico/jason/piper/leo on their first 24hr shift as residents

the stolls are pediatric surgeons !!

leo and jason have a long and tortured romance thing in the background

i don't know what her plot is but silena is the top-notch restorative plastic surgeon

THE NURSES - will is an ER nurse and mitchell is on peds! also a ton of cameos here

nico and piper are meredith and christina. dark and spooky. i love them more than anything.

its soooooo soap opera oh my god i loooove it i love cheese i love drama and oh my god meredith grey sure gets herself into a lot of situations !!!

🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction?

I come from a roleplay background as opposed to a strictly fanfiction based one - the first fic I ever published was for encanto! but I've been writing for like fifteen years. I think I started when I was like, 11, on warrior cats forums lmao

As for how I got into writing fanfiction... well... these little guys just take up residence in my brain and this is the only way I can get some relief from the unrelenting brainrot. It's an exorcism.
