These 3 young ladies asked to be assessed as Head referees (the girls on the top and middle photo took the course last year as well with flying colors) during the 2nd Junior Match Officiating Course. For a course that some adults hesitate in volunteering, it is such a breath of fresh air seeing these young ladies willingly take on the challenge of volunteering to know which areas they still need to improve on. Practicals. 6 teams of 3 members each had the chance to be head referees, and assistant referees. Each participant was assessed in terms of skills and technical knowledge. All passed in their respective roles.
