"Have you ever seen a young person and wanted to take off their skin and put it on your skin? Well, we bottled that feeling"
“At Fashion Interpol, Lhikan examines the expressions of recently assassinated pop singers' last images and discovers they match Nuju's trademark look, "Blue Steel". Nuju, Matau and Onewa are lured into modeling again, in Metru Nui, where they find themselves the target of a sinister conspiracy.”
#2oolander
Just watched 2oolander with my friend...
And I can't stop thinking about this one particular character...Oh my, help me!
Zoolander 2 gets a 6.1 out of 10. After retiring for fifteen years, Derek and Hansel run into each other in Rome as they help an Interpol agent solve a conspiracy. Zoolander 2, or Zoolander No. 2, or 2oolander; whatever you want to call it, was not as good as the original Zoolander made back in 2001. One of the main things that hurt this film was that it really was not about fashion. Sure the setting was in the modeling world, but it was mostly an action comedy film about these male models trying to solve a conspiracy, while the jokes about male modeling hit the back burner. Some off the jokes were kind of questionable in the film as well. There was a 9/11 joke at the beginning of the film and Benedict Cumberbatch's character, All, was kind of making fun of transgenders in a way. I know when the trailers came out, people were talking about boycotting the film because of its insensitivity to the LGBTQ community, and while I did not go that far, I do think films need to stop trying to make jokes about transgendered people because they already face enough discrimination. Other than that, I actually thought the movie was really FUNNY. I know reviews have been awful for the movie and while I can understand why the film may seem dull to some, I thought it was humorous. The truth is, this movie is stupid. The story is RIDICULOUS and the jokes are FOOLISH, but it was just so ridiculous that it made me laugh a lot. I love the first Zoolander so that may be biasing my opinion a tad, but I feel like you have to have Ben Stiller's sense of humor to appreciate both films. If you think about it, the story and jokes were not that far off from how ridiculous the first film was. Another element that I really think aided the film would be all of the celebrity cameos. They were mainly thrown in for shock appeal, but I really thought that having this many guest stars kept the laughs coming. Mugatu, played by Will Ferrell, makes a return as the villain and unlike a lot of Ferrell's movies lately, he is actually funny in this. Kristen Wiig also stars as a fashion titan who is connected to Mugatu's diabolical plan. Having these two stars as well as everyone from the original Zoolander helped this film a lot along with the cameos. Like I said above, I think that the filmmakers straying away from the modeling world was a big mistake because it caused the jokes to be about something other than modeling, and that is why the first film gained a cult classic status within the comedy genre. Zoolander 2 may not be able to beat its predecessor, but it still generated enough laughs for me to grant it a decent score so I recommend you SEE IT. Nothing after the credits. It makes me so happy that Katy Perry has met Derek Zoolander.

Zoolander 2 Film Review
Last night it was my fiancé's turn to pick the movie, and he chose Zoolander 2, i've not seen the first one so as always he's written the review for you all.
Zoolander 2 (also known as 2oolander apparently) is a comedy movie in a similar outrageous vein to its predecessor: incredibly stupid male model Derek Zoolander and his friend Hansel have to do some ridiculous things.
This movie is absolutely packed with celebrity cameos, from Justin Bieber, Sting, Tommy Hilfiger, Katy Perry, Neil deGrasse Tyson are the tip of the iceberg.
The movie will probably not be as funny to people who haven't seen the original movie, some of the jokes are references to things which never happened in the previous movie, such as Hansel and Sting, if you remember the main reference to Sting in the first movie "Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music he's created over the years, I don't really listen to it, but the fact that he's making it, I respect that." and suddenly it turns out that Sting is Hansel's farther.
So to summarise the movie: Derek loses son and wife, gets invited to Rome and discovers a plot to kill his son by Mugatu. Hansel is in hiding with a hideously disfigured face but runs away when every member of the orgy he's in a relationship with end up pregnant with his babies.
Derek finds son, eats gelato, gets tricked into helping Mugatu escape, gets rescued and goes to find and rescue his son.
Glitterbomb.

ZOOLANDER 2 wasn’t as terrible as the critics say, but it was pretty mediocre, and even worse, largely forgettable.
Not unlike Miss Congeniality 2, Legally Blonde 2, etc.
My review of Zoolander 2/ 2oolander
I loved the original Zoolander, and I can’t help but love Derek Zoolander and Hansel. So now they are back and just like before they amaze us with the subtlety of every look. The massive amount of cameo’s alone had me in stitches. This was not an epic, smart comedy, it was what I expected actors you don’t normally see in comedy’s doing odd ball crap, with a lot of slapstick comedy. It was funny, entertaining, I had good time.
