🪆 The only reason he even believes in the concept of you being able to see and communicate with spirits is because of Oliver. That being said he doesn't want you doing your work in his home, it sort of makes his skin crawl to think about it.
🪆 He more or less worries the most about you coming across hostile entities, whether human or nonhuman.
🪆 If you're actually coming across the correct information from spirits, then it makes it a curious subject for him.
"What do you do when the spirits don't remember or even know the person that killed them? What if it was an accident? In that case do you still have to persue charges anyways? How do you search out physical evidence to make your cases?" He's actually pretty interested in the process once you have suspects.
🪆 That being said, he still may enlist a preist to help you sooner or later just in case. He doesn't need you experiencing being cursed even for a short period of time.
🍷 She thinks of your 'abilities' as laughable, as long you're doing your job and getting it done right, she doesn't really have much to say about it. She doesn't exactly believe that spirits would even want to talk about their death at all, if they even existed in the first place.
🍷 She'd commend you for your detective work, when you're actually looking for physical and trace evidence in the field. She finds that part of your job somewhat interesting.
🍷 She spends a lot of time at work, so you might get a question or two about the cases you're currently working on before she gets something to eat and then goes to bed.
🍷 She'd only be bothered by your job if a spirit got attached to you, as she really doesn't want a spirit messing with or moving around her things.
🧸 She in all honesty would be fascinated in your works. She'd be asking so many questions, some not being always appropriate in terms of respecting the dead.
🧸 Human nature and philosophy are things she loves studying, so your job would peak her interest in the hand-in-hand nature of the justice system and the work of mediums. Given that it isn't exactly something that happens often, she wants to study your work too.
🧸 The concept of spirits, but human or nonhuman don't bring her any types of fear, and she will let you set up whatever equipment in her home without needing to think about it much. She wants to be involved, but she's not going to mention the fact that you're doing such in her home to her siblings as she knows it'd get her in trouble.

🧸 She can often be described as 'soft', some people would say she's too soft on other people even when they hurt her. Her family swears she doesn't have a single hateful bone in her body. This makes her seem pretty pathetic and easy to manipulate to others. It's not even that she can't defend herself, she just spares as many people as she can when it comes to war.
🧸 She's worked a lot of side jobs, pizza delivery driver, receptionist, she's even worked at one of those pet grooming places. She likes variety in the work she does and she's often well liked by the people she works with. She jumped around from job to job, now working as museum coordinator assistant, which she seems to like.
🧸 Her relationship with here siblings is... somewhat awkward since she's the only sunny personality type in the picture. Viktor and Katya can be extremely pessimistic sometimes, but that doesn't really effect how much she cares for both of them. She's really the only reason her siblings even still talk to each other anymore.
🧸 Dresses in light colored clothing most of the time that often have ruffles at the cuffs of the sleeves or the rims of her dresses. Could go full pastel lolita if she had the nerve to try to leave the house dressed like that.

🧸 When she smiles at others it usually doesn't reach her eyes, she's got those dull, sad eyes that can sometimes freak people out, but generally just makes other people sad as well.
🧸 Her older siblings usually send her a bit of spending money or activity packages to engage in when she gets bored at home. Viktor sends her wooden figures to paint, and Katya usually sends her some DIY diamond bead painting kits. She's pretty well entertained most of the time, and enjoys the gifts.
🧸 Her hair usually stays long enough to reach her mid back, making it easy for her to style it however she wants. She did learn that braiding her hair would take a lot longer than she thought though.
🧸 Not a type that will touch alcohol if she doesn't have to, she doesn't really seem to see the appeal to it.
🧸 When prompted to talk about her family, she does it in a way that would suggest she's wearing rose-tinted glasses. She paints it into something more palatable so people don't think something's wrong. She really can't get out the words to say that it feels like her family fell apart a long time ago, and that she's the loose thread keeping it together. She really hates that she has to censor stuff like that but she really doesn't want people to worry about her.
🧸 She likes to ask philosophical questions that make your brain hurt. She likes to make people question their reality, mortality, or general state of being in a way that's more thoughtful than the general consensus. She wants people to think more in general.
🧸 A lot of her gifts are made by hand and take a lot of time to make. She values hand made gifts and meals more than anything else. She'll still accept store bought items, but she'll fawn over hand made stuff much more.
🧸 As a friend she's generally very attentive always wanting to know how you're doing and feeling. She likes to know her friends inside and out, often asking almost innappropriate questions about her friends private lives with an innocent expression. She's asked one friend she'd had if they'd wanted kids after a week of knowing them. People simply find her 'quirky' and dismiss questions they feel go over the line.
🧸 The type of friend to ask you questions that make it feel like your brain just had a hard reset when you're sobbing, effectively making you stop crying faster. Then she'll clean you up in a similar way a mother would with their child.
🧸 She's the type to leave a love letter unsigned and wait to see how long it takes you to figure out it was her that sent it. A lot of the time she's been disappointed to see that other women take credit for her notes and she loses relationships she could've had if she signed it. In a way it also protects her from rejection too, as someone that doesn't even have interest in her wouldn't pay a note like that any mind.
