March 15, 1977 Hogwarts Library 3:26 P.M. @intosunflowers
It wasn’t a grand sight, rather, it was more arresting than anything else - librarians and students alike turning their heads twice to glance upon Bennett. Their gazes, however, are the simplest part of the story as the sixth year paced upon vacant chairs, stepping on their seats, and as he wasn't being entirely too disruptive yet, it would appear that the librarians was giving him some leeway as he waited for his tutor.
Beyond, the girl meant to help him with charms, his impatience was an innate part of him, as well as built up from the fact that he needed a tutor at all, that he couldn't figure it out himself beyond all attempts. At this point, his lack of skill also wasn't a fact he was willing to share, that he could use the tutor, all made worse as well for who it was, the red hair she possessed was far too distracting either way. While his thoughts were tracked only internally, it was a visible sign that he wasn't as vocal as he would have been if he wasn't concerned, though to those who knew him only be sight alone, he would appear as if he was simply displaying another show, walking upon the chairs. ( Partly, they would be true, though the distraction would be for himself, and to not take up far as much space, though the library wasn't at all filled. )
The true extent of how much of a distraction he wished for was evident by the first words he spoke when Lily would approach him, his expression changing form so rapidly, it couldn't have been on purpose, as he still stayed on his perch.
"Would they yell at me if I asked you if you’d like to dance in a library?” This was spoken far too loudly, a mistake on his part, as he nodded his head toward the one librarian that now seemed to wish to bore holes in his head, and Bennett would simply ignore that, eyebrows raised towards Lily. “Technically, we never specified the study we’d do.”
