January 3rd, 2019 I expended my Icon Library! I made a whole new icon, the USB Drive, as well as made a 64x size for all of these. Now, I still have more icons that need a 64x size, so maybe tomorrow I’ll finish those up, as well as maybe make another icon or two. I really love how these feel, especially since I started this a few years ago (And then did nothing for years) and almost all the icons still hold up. Only one that really needs editing is the blue floppy, 3.5, and that’s just to make the drive slot take up more space. The smallest one is perfect size, the others are too small and I only realized that today as I was making this spreadsheet. Right now I’m making as many text files and drive options as I can think of, so if you have any suggestions for text or storage then please tell me * What I have planned to make/to fix: - Text Files - Nothing ): - Drives - Fix the zip drives - Fix HDD, make some SSD’s and stuff - Fix CD-ROM, maybe make a few more with special texts - Tape Drives Also, as a final size note, I don’t think there ever was a system that both used 8″ floppies, and was powerful enough to have a graphical interface, however I still wanted to make the icon cause like, why not? Also thinking of making (useless of course) music ones, like record ones for all three speeds, cassette/8-track ones, etc. Maybe I’ll make all of those for Jan. 4th :o As a quick edit before I post this, as some people may not know what this is, this is a collage of various icons I’ve made. They’re usually stored in an .ico or .icns file, depending on what system you have. for Windows, it uses .ico and generally needs 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, and 48x48 sizes, however I also wanna add in a 64x64 as well to challenge myself (I’m not used to using a canvas that large, and that’s the whole point of this art challenge, right?)
