Still got my cold/flu but managing it with Nasal sprays, Paracetamol, and salt water rinses. We had a mould in laundry hamper situation which I have now managed to disinfect successfully it seems. My fever seems to have broken although I am warm in the mornings. Really not looking forward to being out in the heat for work, can only hope that the AC works in the building tomorrow... I have shaved my legs so I can go without tights tomorrow and will dress as light as possible. I must still be a little shaky after my trip visiting bio parents because I was teary today at stuff I don't normally care about. I am just letting it happen though because the emotions need to go somewhere and it's helpful to avoid fighting it. I expect I will be so busy tomorrow I don't even notice.
