大分県臼杵市のフンドーキン醤油株式会社。本家筋の古手川酒造が醸造の閑散期に味噌と醤油を仕込んだ事から幕末に創業。フンドーキンは、創業者古手川金次郎の「金」と、味噌醤油の量り売りの際に用いる分銅をあわせたマークで、分銅は、左右対称で裏表同じ形である事から裏表の無い商売を意味する。
