#30DayNoWeighChallenge This actually ended yesterday, but I forgot to weigh! Which I guess is a good thing. So, good and bad news. The bad news is, I screwed up a lot. Especially the last half. The good news is, doing this helped me break my habit of weighing myself daily! And that was a big part of it. With my final weigh in, I lost between 4-7 pounds (I can't remember which number I started at). So, could've been better, but could've been worse, depending on which one is right. But both is better than a gain! I am concerned with it, though, and may have a talk with my doctor.
