When my husband got this shirt for me after our last baby....o was in my feelings because I couldn’t fit it 🙄 I was going to just sale it on Poshmark. But I told myself “You can get back down to this size satori, just work” —————————————— During my breastfeeding I honestly didn’t want to exercise I was slick scared lol (don’t judge) but when our last turned 1 in April I decided it was time to take that part of my life back and I started the @30dayfitness and challenged myself. Here I am day 24. I last check over a month I was size 8/9 I now can for back comfortably in some of my size 6 pants . And this shirt that I could barley get my arm in....look at me now! ————————————- Stay motivated stay encouraged! Day 17... Get that workout going everyone! 💪💪💪 I have been technically working out since December 23rd, but I was skipping a few days here and there and not being consistent! Now since I started this challenge, I have been making time to go everyday! It's getting easier to go daily, and harder to skip days because I feel like I'm cheating myself. I'd rather go to the gym, then go out. It's crazy how the gym has become a lifestyle, instead of a choice. It's part of my daily routine. I am in love with my body and how great I feel!
