I know I need to start posting more often on this, I’m trying to get better! So last month was a whirlwind. I kept to most of my challenge, (30dayshed and calorie restriction) but I did get sick with pneumonia and had to stop exercising. I just didn’t have the energy and I was listening to my body to rest. In total I lost about 6 pounds, then spring break happened….so I gained about 3 of those pounds back. Any who this month i’m doing the…drum roll please…WHOLE 30! Woot woot!! I’m on day 3 and I feel awesome. Before than I haven’t been cooking often and my body had been feeling meh. So in order to bounce back from being sick and reset my system, I’m cutting out gluten, dairy and some sugar. I thought the first couple days was going to be the hardest but I feel so good. I’m getting a lot of rest and my body just feels clean. The pics are of a couple of my meals I’ve been preparing. I’m going to pick up the 30 day shred again starting this coming Sunday. In the meantime I’m walking 2 miles everyday. WISH ME LUCK! I’ll be posting more about the whole 30 this month for sure. If you’ve gotten this far, thanks for reading!
