4. Deep in the Woods

Fantasy genre story, right? So of course there's gotta be magical races. I dunno how magical kapres are, but I do know they're part of Filipino superstitions.

Kapres are described to be large hairy creatures and each one has their own tree to live in. Namely, banyan trees. They also smoke a lot and are pretty mischievous. (Basing this all on memory from article searches alfnkekwls).

In this one, a kapre is chilling in the woods. There's a human just beside it smokin their own pipe. They're probably buds.

3. Ancient Tree

Based off of my trip to my mom's hometown. We were walking along the ocean's shore and she pointed out the small cluster of islands a few meters away and mentioned how there used to be bonsai trees there before they were harvested(?) and now there's no more.

Originally I was gonna do a tree in the middle of a forest, or like the banyan tree in ATLA, but then I remembered that bit and thought "How about the big ancient tree hanging onto a rock and meeting the ocean waves?"

So there it is. A giant and ancient bonsai-ish tree hanging on to a weathered rock and sitting just above the rough ocean waves.

2. Nature Untouched.

Up front is a tree arm(?) with two bugs crawling along and a hummingbird-esque creature hovering in front of a flower that has some crawling vines. In the back are trees and a mountainside. One tree in the back have a few simians all over it.
