Mercedes-Benz E320 Sportline (the Sportline option was not available on convertibles in the US).

E320 coupe, series 3 version, with slightly revised rear taillamp lenses.
1993 Mercedes-Benz 320CE.. the last of the ‘big grill’ W124s. The following year, the naming convention would change to E320, and the grill would be recessed into the hood.
This one in all around green.
Mercedes 320CE (C124). a one year-only model, was replaced but the E320 for the 1994 model year, and always badged as a ‘300CE’ in the US.
Mercedes E320 coupe, mid-size companion to the C126 SEC coupe, the two coupes concurrent from 1987 through 1991.
Rear seats are actually very comfortable, if not spacious. The individual seats are positioned high off the floor, and with the quarter windows down, its easy to get in and out.
