tried to build up the courage and ask my advisor if i could switch out of my major bc i have absolutely no want nor passion towards it.. not surprising at all, i didn’t have the courage to ask but i did manage to ask if i could take a lighter credit load next semester and not take any summer classes.

I made it through today with God's help. Of course I make it through everyday with God's help but I really didn't feel as bad as I thought I would. I made a chicken wrap for lunch and also took a yoghurt. I participated in CD and RK brought me crackers from the U.K.! So nice of her. Don't know how white people do taqaluf. I shared them even though most people didn't eat them. Then I left and met JB and he was so nice in my evaluation. And then I was even able to type my quiz and the class was good Alhamdulilah. Then I came home, didn't eat but was there for Abu if needed and now I'm lying down. My new bed is like dangerously comfortable. I sat on it and didn't want to get up. I'm lying in it and can't think about work. Alhamdulilah. Ya rabbi please continue to help me and bless me as you always too. And forgive my ungratefulness. Ameen.

Looking back at the ledge as I fall, fall, fall The space in the air, was it really time? still feel ready?? still the right decision?? I felt the jolt inside though, the thing My feet were off the ground before i even knew it Before I could even…… …. catch myself Catch what? myself? no thoughts of catching myself when I closed my eyes and felt the wind against my face though When I saw the image behind my eyelids feeling of fear? there was no… doubt kinda just………….d….ou………………… I held hands with God Everywhere around me Next to me Behind me Within me Alone on the ledge with the beauty surrounding me I felt God as that same beauty As that salvation As that deliverance As that wind beneath my wings All I remember is that image clear as day lines blurred As if I was taking that one step right to it Eyes opened? Eyes closed? Dream? Reality? Am I really falling then Or have I just not opened my eyes to see where I’ve landed Close your eyes feel the fall Open them to see which part of the ride you’re at now Where it’s going Now, where am I at now?

Sitting in a two seater I feel a presence next to me I know they’re there I know he’s there Open my eyes still right there Whether I feel or see or touch Riding this ride no differently than I Strapped in as I With the ability to see the same things as I I see that we’ve been chosen as the next two to fill these seats placed as 1 & 1 together… for some sense of reason capable of sitting in it all differently Different experience Different feel No thinking about the beginning line Where we were just standing line It’s the in it right now line there is no paying attention to who in front of us what behind us what we’re IN at this very moment is what surrounds us own world creation When I grab for him he grabs for me When I look at him he looks at me Together in the two seater we technically become one w/ adrenaline rushing at this twist And that turn I feel you feel Who else could be seated next to me Stay strapped in the seat next to me Each in our seat gracefully Taking what we see to feel internally Putting it all together majestically We each hold our place solidly we both in the seats as two arrive to the finish line in one… as one

why is it so hard to forgive? is it because of pride, or the magnitude of what was sinned against us? forgiveness, and mercy are difficult to give out, but aren't they also difficult to receive. receiving them means admitting to the sin committed. is it harder to forgive, or receive forgiveness? nevertheless, giving, and receiving them makes one lighter, makes one whole.
