育休ってつまりは「自分がいなくても仕事が回る」だしな。「お前の仕事は代替可能だ」といわれるのと同じ。もちろん「それでいいんだ」と言う人もいるのだろうが、いっぽうで現代社会は「替えが効かない人間になる」というのも一つの目標になっているわけで、そこがバッティングしてしまう。
