#RoyalCliffResort's Restaurant is on a cliff overlooking the ocean and it offers dishes whose ingredients are available in the island. Meat products such as pork, chicken and fish are all products of #SiquijorIsland and all vegetables and spices are from the garden of the people in San Juan town. ⁣ ⁣ For health and wellness reasons they use products that are fresh and always available locally. The Chef gives some twists of the menu that the owners have commonly tasted. Our trip to #SiquijorIsland was capped by a chill night with a few drinks at @monkeybusiness.siquijor. I love the overall relax atmosphere of this resto bar. You could sit on the wooden swings on one of the bar tables, or regular tables while playing with the sand with your feet. ⁣ ⁣ Monkey Business was just a few meters away from where we stayed and it’s along the main road but their floor is filled with white sand so you still feel that you’re in an exotic island. ⁣ ⁣ One of the staff suggested that I get the Mangojito, which is mojito (one of my faves) and mango puree (btw, I love mango, super!). It was so good and didn’t taste like it had alcohol in it.
