After 33th day I realized that I've going to the gym regularly and got my first partial goal reached! My fitness coach praised me for the results I had :) Overall I've got 2.5 pieces of training per week, lost 3 ankles of lard with being better hydrated. Moreover, that is the most important, I gained 600 grams muscles!
