hey! i use photoshop cs5 and for my normal gifs (like gifset with 8/10 gifs) i just use a psd and this action with 0,07s of delay, for my performance gifs i use topaz denoise and topaz clean (the video should be 720p /1080p or it wont come out very smooth). this video tutorial will help you :)
