[Video Description: A TikTok video by ChameleonFootS. It starts panning over an array of spray paint cans, most with the lids off. An arm reaches out and grabs three different cans at random; Purple, Dark Blue, and a Baby Blue. Cut to the canvas, which now has the three colors sprayed on it. It then shows the finished piece in it’s natural lighting. Purple mountaintops in the foreground, with a blue starry sky with some cloud cover or unveven coloring. A large striped planet hovers in the top left corner. The camera moves in on the planet, and it slowly focuses to see the tiny dots and richness on the surface. Finally, another pan over of the piece, this time with the flash on to give a clearer understanding of the color.]
[Audio Description: The audio does not match what is happening on screen, it is out of sync since it was reused sound that another TikTok user created.
“Alright artists, let’s do this. Three Color Challenge: GO. Cry as you put all your nice organized colors in a bag. Tatertot can’t even contain all my colors. Use whatever medium you work with, and if you’re a digital artist use a color generator website. Now without peeking, and I promise I’m not peeking, choose your first color. Okay and... color number two. And the third color. I hope you like commitment cause you’re stuck with these bad boys! Draw something, either before or after you pick your colors. You can only use what you pulled to color your drawing so, Good Luck. Now go ahead and use this audio so I can see what you came up with!”]
This was SO FUN. I want to do forty more, but I’m gonna need more canvases/ posterboards to do so. I think some of my favorite pieces are when I don’t use black or white, like this one!
