Let’s Make Learning Fun, With Kokuyo Camlin And Metamorphosis Cafe
We have a day to celebrate almost every person in our life - Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teacher’s Day and Children’s Day. Yet, there is a very important stakeholder of our life who plays a silent yet crucial part of our childhood - our school Principal. This was the trigger for the much loved stationery company Kokuyo Camlin to initiate a special day to mark the contribution of Principals towards education and learning. The second edition of Kokuyo Camlin Principal’s Day was all about learning and sharing of innovative educational techniques that can be implemented in our education system to facilitate better ways of learning.
Over hundred Principals, school trustees, directors and supervisors from prominent schools in Mumbai participated in the event that emphasized on ‘Making Learning Fun’. The session shared various techniques that would help students to be creative and learn in a better way, including ideas on transforming the infrastructure of schools into a learning canvas, apps for connecting schools, teachers and parents and of course introducing students to the world of 3D printing.
Metamorphosis Café, powered by Imaginarium, was delighted to be at this platform to talk about how 3D printing can be installed in schools for educating and empowering kids to unleash their creativity.
Live demos on 3D printers helped the audience understand the potential of technology and its versatility that can be made useful in helping education and creativity.
Metamorphosis is an interface between the world of technology and that of education, where we make 3D printing accessible to schools and colleges with a customized package of machines, material, training content, activities and support.
