Slightly disappointing...

An noying pattern
An uncomfortable speculation regarding the Gateway 3DS comes up.
Commoner (from GBATemp) gives a valid counterargument.
The original speculation spread throughout GBATemp regardless.
The original speculation becomes a so-called fact.
This is the reason why I am sticking to the Gateway 3DS after all this; the rumours are essentially overblown speculation.
Are the makers of the Gateway 3DS still working on the thing?
I am worried that the drama made them quit, especially since, save MT-Card, the others simply copy the hard work of the Gateway 3DS. There is also the hard work they Gateway 3DS has done. At this point, I wonder if the lost potential-sales of the Gateway 3DS affected the makers.
