(This is a 'three good things daily' post and if you'd like to join in just tag your posts '3gtd'. I'm not sure if it's still going really but I believe bookprince started it.)
1. I had a great discussion with some friends today over sexual violence and representation in Game of Thrones/on TV in general. We disagreed on some things but although I've spent most of the day feeling anxious and physically ill because of it, I didn't back down from the conflict or leave the discussion, and I think some good came of it. I also discussed with other people the benefits of labels and diagnoses and LGBT+ folks finding ourselves in shows where we're not portrayed and I think I got my points across really well.
2. I sent some nice anon messages to people that needed some love. I really hope they helped.
3. I picked out what I'll try to read for the treesofreverie readathon today! It's an ambitious pile but I'm really happy with what I've picked out. I can't wait to share my picks and goals with you all tomorrow! x
