Just a ramble about something from when I was Etho.
I think I just never realized I liked receiving casual physical affection until I was around Dogwarts. Ren and Skizz alone just loved to hug others, to lean on them when the nights were cold and to just grab hands when they wanted to make sure someone was alright. Martyn and BigB were a bit more closed off, but they still just touched each other to show affection often.
I think I just was never exposed to an environment where it was normal. I mean, Bdubs was really the only 'close' friend I had before 3rd Life that would've just showed off casual affection, but I'd never told him I liked it, so he never did it to me.
Funny how that works, isn't it? Only in a death game, where we were all destined to die, did I find a true family. - Etho ( Could I be 💖💛💚🖤 if that's not taken?)
