I think Mark Pellegrino usually knows what he's talking about so I agree with his reverse racism statement, but I think we should stop calling it that, because it is just racism. It's definitely possible to be racist toward white people. Racism does not equal prejudice plus power, it's just prejudice. And I'd argue that privilege isn't decided on skin color, it's decided on wealth. That's how you earn it, and POC have. Asians definitely have; in the US they exceed white people in income.
The “stop calling it reverse racism, it’s just plain racism” is exactly Mark’” point. He does not want to acknowlege the “reverse” that people use, and I agree.
He says a lot of sensible things, but his comments are usually so aggressive on twitter that people get pissed off, and therefore start typing less valuable and thereby more stupid replies since they’re angry, which in turn pisses him off = he goes on a blocking streak and people start calling him an ass.
And then around and around it goes.

I’ve always had this hangup on the number 3, it’s my lucky number see. And I just CANNOT do things twice! It physically hurts. If I tap my foot twice, I gotta do it a third time. If I make two marks on something, I have to make a third. If I write two tags on a post, I have to make a third. So I decided just to call it 3tag.
