“Yeah, so hurry up.”
Instead of going for a dangerous option such as his lips, or even a safer one like his cheek, you decide to comply on your own terms. Clutching his fingers resting on the gearshift, you bring his hand up to your face—ignoring the curious glance he shoots—and plant the softest peck on his knuckles.
“There,” you finally respond, shy when you realize how intimate that probably was. Letting his palm free, you quiet your voice when you ask, “Happy?”
When Yoongi doesn’t answer, you swing your eyes toward the driver’s seat.
And almost burst at the way he’s most definitely covering his own shyness with a nose scratch.
“Are you blushing?”
“You can’t just do that, doll.”
“You are!”
“Nah.”
“Liar!”
“I’ll pull this car over.”
“Oh my god, you have both hands on the wheel, I’m gone—”
Yoongi unlocks the car with a flick of his fingers, and laughs outright at the yelp you make when you hastily lock your door again.
And when you finally get back to his place, you test his aversion, teasing him with laughter every time he yanks his hands away.
