I realized yesterday that despite the general pessimism thanks to their appearance in ddd... the apprentices might actually make a comeback. Because they WERE basically the reason the heartless invasion happened when it did. who knows how long it might've taken terranort on his own.
You’re totally right. I think they are definitely going to be in KH3 I just don’t know how much of a role they’ll play. Like, Nomura didn’t have to bring anyone back (but Lea.. I guess) but he did!! Which means he wants them alive and well for whatever reason. I think the pessimism just stems from KH not always treating characters fairly. The apprentices are my favorite characters and they’re vital to kingdom heart’s overall plot but I worry for them :( I want them to get screentime... pls Nomura... pls
