4-7-19 (Sunday)
Im so tired. No. Im exhausted. Im well and truly exhausted. Between working and going to class I barely have time to do the work for the classes. Every joint in my body hurts and the pain in my back keeps me up at night. Today at work I went to put my box cutter away in the back and I opened the blade and was just gonna cut the back of my hand without thinking. That kind of scared me. I did the same thing the other day with taking a bath. I literally had to put a face mask on as a disincentive for drowning myself. Those moments scare me because it feels like if I wasn't paying enough attention I would just do it out of instinct.
