Yo so what're you doing at the gym? For weight loss? Because I have a plan I've been following for a year now, but I changed it to suit my needs, and I was just wondering if you had a plan?

at first i primarily went to the gym for weight loss and to improve my stamina, managed to lose 6kg (63kg down to 57kg) in the space of 2 months tho at the time i literally ate nothing but homemade soup and protein shakes due to jaw surgery making me unable to eat solids

but nowadays i focus more on muscle gain (i’ve gained back all the weight i lost). i dont really have a plan either since iv been going to the gym irregularly for around 3 years now and dont follow a strict diet so its more a case of just trying to stay in decent shape than anything else really.
