I have made a mental note of what I wish to cover in this blog about this session. Hopefully, it will be easy to recall and describe.

My left leg was uncomfortable for more than half this session. Actually, there has been a change of room for my meditations, for the last few nights. With it, there has been a change in my seat. Fortunately, this has been sorted out already. 5th June’s session took place on a newly purchased small square sofa cushion. As long as I use this cushion, I can avoid unnecessary bodily distractions such as the lack of blood circulation in the left leg while meditating on the 4th of June.

In the first 20 minutes or so, my attention was happily surrendered to the intuitive mind’s sense of calm. The relative stillness of the intuitive-mind is worth all the years of practice. Spiritual advancement (however little) is irreversible, according to Bhagwan Krishna.

Looking at the complexity of nature, how could there ever possibly only two of something? I’m particularly thinking of the construct of the binary system in place for gender and sexuality. How could there ONLY be male and female, straight and gay? That thinking is disgustingly black and white and doesn’t allow for ANY of the grey that makes up reality.
