Y’ALL!!! ik that this community is far from being about the numbers, but this still makes me smile. 400 of y’all have cared enough about what i have to say to follow me and i’m just super grateful. you guys have seriously turned into an online family for me— who could have ever thought that a weird secret obsession with a megafamily could have led to me belonging to such a magnificent community of people? whenever my irl friends ask me to describe fundie tumblr, i always use the word “community”. we operate like a fandom, but we don’t support or condone their beliefs, yet we’re hardly ever hateful. we critique, we snark, we socialize, and most importantly, we support each other. you guys are such a wonderful community and i’m so happy and proud to be a part of it:)
