The house located in the Asian side of Istanbul very close to Yeditepe University. You can walk there by foot around 10 minutes. There is a bus station in front of our building where you can find buses to Kadikoy, Kozyatagi, Bostanci subway, Uskudar, Atasehir, Maltepe every five minutes. Going to subway takes 15 minutes by bus. You can reach to Maltepe, Marmara, Dogus, Ticaret etc by one bus or subway. Big markets, barber shop, cafés are around our street and it’s a very safe and clean neighborhood in here.
The house is on the top floor. House has two bedrooms, a big saloon, kitchen and a nice big terrace with forest& sea views. Our toilet and the bathroom are separated. The house has everything that people need to use including all the furnitures, wifi, hot water, all the machines etc.
The room is kinda small. There is a bed, bookcase, wardrobe, a desk and carpet. It costs 400 TL including all the bills. And one month deposit is required which will be given you back in your last month.
About us, l am a Turkish guy working as a Turkish language teacher and other friend is also Turkish and studies in Yeditepe University. We are calm, friendly, polite people and we look for same. What we are requiring from the new friend is not bringing any alcohol, drug, pork, party stuff into house and paying the rent in time and being clean. We also have three lovely cats at home. We don’t mind some one Turkish or foreigner, we just want some one who speak English well.
