When You Fall

Never in the ten years of knowing her enemy, had she thought of falling in love with said enemy’s little brother. Jeon Jungkook. That day when he witnessed his wicked sisters sick prank, he felt bad. He wanted to apologize for his sisters evil doings. And that was how it all started.
He offered his hand to help her up. She had been drenched from the cleaning water his sister dumped on her. She took his hand.
“Noona, are you cold?”
She shook her head. The chilly wind of that night had a mind of its own, She shivered. The next thing she knew, his jacket was draped over her shoulders. Playing with her feelings, rain began pouring. She turned to Jungkook in pity.
“Take your jacket.” She handed it to him, “I’m already wet.”
Jungkook shook his head.
“Let me join you in this rain.” Jungkook smiled, “When you feel shitty, dancing in the rain helps.”
Dropping his jacket onto an empty bench, Jungkook began to dance. “Noona, Dance with me!”
Jungkook grabbed her hands, pulling her in to dance. In her mind she thought this man was crazy. Who is he anyway. But as she moved along with him, catching the rhythm, she couldn’t deny the joy she felt. Her heart raced seeing his smile. Unbelievable, but she was falling for him in such little time.
“Who are you?” she questioned when they finally came to a stop, sitting down on the bench, “you called me Noona, how do you know I’m older?”
“I’m Jeon Jungkook.”
She raised her eyebrows, wondering. He seemed familiar, she’s seen him somewhere before.
“Jeon?” it finally came to her mind, “as in Jeon Jiyeon?”
Jungkook nodded, feeling a little ashamed.
“Yes. I’m Jiyeon’s younger brother.” He admitted, “I’m sorry for what she did to you, Noona.”
She nodded. It wasn’t like it was his fault that his sister was such a pain in the ass. But it was his fault her heart was beating abnormally like this. She needed to get away before she fell deeper. Without another word, she walked away. She didn’t want to fall for her worse enemy’s younger brother. Her life would be hell.
But life is cruel and that wasn’t the last time they met. Jungkook made sure of it too for he had also fallen in love with her in that little time they spent together.
