1. usually 勇魚 meaning 'whale'

2. まほろば is like. a really ancient word basically meaning 'peaceful happy safe haven land'. i just think the word is really cool since it's only written in hiragana & its origins are largely unknown and i just had to footnote it

5. from the structuring of this line, i'm inclined to believe that 'you are in bloom' is a way of saying 'i love you'. try it on those special people, be weak, i dare you

6. yes, everyone already knows, but 愛してる, in japanese, is a way of expressing the strongest forms of love. it's rarely ever said, mostly reserved for really important or special moments i guess. it's like a deathbed kind of love, in a sense

when i first heard this song, it made me cry... now it's making me cry again, because i hate physics. i think it's just proving soma's intelligence~

i miss the life i was living when i first heard this song. i think, through all the convoluted word order and scientific vocabulary, that my experiences with the song call back to it so nicely — the message, though obscured, seems to describe life going on and coming back to bury us. soma knows the human mind so well.

so let it make you cry. every soma fan ever will cry with you, probably
