What I weighed this morning: 151.0
What I ate today: An egg (with salsa, spinach and a yellow pepper sliver), 6 cups of water, a cup of green tea, a cup of iced coffee (with whole milk and sugar), oatmeal cookie dough, a small salad (with chicken, oil and vinegar, avocados, cucumbers and tomatoes), a piece of white bread, a piece of wheat bread, an Arizona green tea and some pieces of sloppy joe.
What I worked out today: I didn't, because my thigh bone is killing me and I really need a break to not hurt myself
