Dipping sliced apples in 0% Greek yogurt mixed with powdered peanut butter is dangerously delicious, and it has a good amount of fiber and protein too. A dash of cinnamon on the apples made it even yummier. It totally killed my sweet breakfast cravings!

I had to eat more today because I was around other people, but I used the extra energy to get in a bunch of steps.
I never subtract exercise calories because I know the body compensates a lot and trackers are not very accurate. Still, I think it’s a good idea to exercise to maintain my bones and muscles.
